The farmhouse was built by my client 20+ years ago but was tenanted out for the past couple of years. It was time for her to move back into her dream property and make it her own again.

Completed Work

Opened up the living room with new windows
Removed a dropdown beam in the front entrance
Ripped out and redid the stairway railings
Redid fireplace with new stone and a new mantel
Added beams and shiplap on the living room ceiling
Kitchen & bathroom uplift 
Removed pony walls in the basement to make it more bright and open
Furnished the entire house from top to bottom
